2010 EMERGENCY FEES & DELIVERY RATES

The fee schedule is a flat rate charge applied for shipping, handling and delivery services performed after standard weekday daytime hours. Notice: A fee will still be applied if you call Late Night hours but decide not to purchase until the next morning or up to 7 days later. You will be faxed a binding purchase agreement form agreeing to the fees noted below and product purchase amount to be signed and faxed back by an authorized officer of your company. We average 75-100 emergency fee based sales/deliveries per month. *Flat rate fees do not include delivery time fees and/or hourly wait fees. Delivery time and hourly wait fees are in addition to the flat rate fees. ALL Emergency Fees and Delivery Rates are NON refundable. All Sales Final.

After Hours Waiting/Handling Time: Time from initial call, placing the order, packaging unit, to the product leaving our hands.	$75.00/hour

Delivery Time by Airline Flight Per Hour + Expenses; Round Trip. Time begins Two hours prior and Two hours after flight. You pre-purchase flight tickets.	$75.00/hour
